Over the years, I have discovered a passion and talent for working with complex and attachment trauma. Training in EMDR therapy has been integral to my work. As an attachment-based therapist, I can help you recognize patterns that repeatedly play out in your relationships. By connecting the dots between the past and present, we will focus on strategies for dealing with current challenges while examining the root causes underlying them.
